Lisa Wharfe

With close to 30 years in the travel industry and 14 years at Pukekohe Travel, Lisa adds great experience to the team.  Living in this world of technology and electronic communication, she says it is important to keep personal connections and she enjoys building positive relationships with her clients.  We are selling them their dream holiday, whether it be a trip to Australia or sailing somewhere in the world on a cruise ship!!

One of Lisa’s passions is Cruising, it started with her first P & O Cruise in 2011 and then in 2015 completing her CLIA Masters Cruise training onboard Quantum of the Seas ….. from then she was hooked!  Lisa regularly keeps herself up to date with the changing world of cruising attending cruise conferences, ship visits when she is able.

One of her most recent highlights was sailing around Japan with Princess Cruises, this adds to the vast number of cruises Lisa has been on both personally and through Educational opportunities.   Her next holiday by no surprise is cruising up the Queensland Coast to the Tropical North and later on in 2025 a European River Cruise is in the planning.

Lisa is also our Office Manager and works with a fabulous team.   She was elated to win the ‘Top Cruise Consultant for 2024’ for the First Travel Group. 

She is married to Justin with two older teenagers and lives locally in Pukekohe.  Her hockey playing days are over but she enjoys a few weekly bootcamp sessions.  In Summer the weekends are spent in Matarangi on the Coromandel Peninsula to relax & unwind.
