Dinner

Depart Auckland late evening on Air New Zealand, cross the dateline, and arrive in Honolulu early morning on the same day. We transfer to our hotel with time to relax before an afternoon walking tour. Welcome dinner this evening.

Honolulu is located on Oahu, the third-largest Hawaiian island. A thriving city, with nearly one million people in its metropolitan area, this exciting destination is full of culture, history, and natural beauty.

Oahu Circle Island Tour

Enjoy a full-day tour that circles the entire island, covering major attractions such as the North Shore, Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, and more. You’ll experience beautiful beaches, tropical rainforests, and local culture.

Tuesday 30 September

Arizona Memorial, Pearl Harbour & Honolulu City Tour

Breakfast

Today we take time to browse the museums at the Pearl Harbour Visitor Centre and take a shuttle boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial. We finish the day with a drive through Downtown Honolulu, before an evening at leisure.

The morning is free to relax, shop or visit other sights. This afternoon transfer and board your ship the Celebrity Edge. Time to unpack and relax before an evening sail away.

While at sea explore 29 distinct restaurants, bars, and lounges. Be entertained by Broadway style shows, or find a quiet spot in the Eden Lounge, an area that comes alive with nature. Then relax on the resort deck around the swimming pool or escape to the adults only solarium. There is something for everyone onboard the state-of-the-art Celebrity Edge.

Moorea is a unique volcanic island surrounded by languid lagoons and both white- and black - sand beaches. You’ll certainly want to explore the reefs that ring the island or check out the bay where Captain Cook first dropped anchor on his way to “discovering” this paradise.

Papeete (Tahiti)

If you have never been here before, take a tour as it is the most efficient way to explore its iconic landscape or simply stroll Papeete’s lively waterfront where roulettes, or local food trucks, serve everything from Tahitian favourites to French delicacies. Visit Le Marché open-air market where you can purchase local products or explore the boulevards and discover jewellery stores selling rare black pearls.

Raiatea

Breakfast Lunch Dinner

Discover the mountainous island of Raiatea, one of French Polynesia’s most exquisite destinations. With some of the world’s most lush, unspoiled nature, ribbon-like waterfalls, and pristine lagoons, it’s easy to understand Raiatea enchants those who visit. Explore ancient ruins at Marae Taputapuatea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Shop for traditional clothing, handmade sculptures, or fresh fruit at the Mercato Coperto di Uturoa. Visit the Faaroa Botanical Garden where you can hike between banyan trees and admire indigenous island plant species like pandanus, mape, and rhododendrons.
